APPLICATION
PLEASE COMPLETE THE ATTACHED APPLICATION AND RETURN TO OUR OFFICE WITH THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
1. Application must be filled out COMPLETELY, and submitted to our office in order to be considered for your new home.
2. There is a $25 non-refundable application fee for each application. Fees should be in the form of cash, money order or cashier’s check.
3. A copy of your two (2) most recent pay stubs if you are an employee and two (2) most recent bank statements verifying your income if you are self employed.
4. A copy of your driver’s license or other picture identification.
5. A copy of your social security card.
GENERAL APPROVAL GUIDELINES
- 1 year of good landlord references.
- Credit scores above 600
- Combined net income of 2.5x the rent
If these guidelines are not met additional deposits/arrangements may be required.

If you find one of our properties that you absolutely love & want to reserve it, it can be yours with a minimum holding deposit of $500 plus the application fee. After the credit approval process, it will be yours. The holding deposits become non-refundable 48 hours after you are approved.
