Established in 1988, our property management principals have well over 120 years of combined real estate experience. Sean O’Sullivan – Certified Public Accountant/ Real Estate Broker/Realtor

Mr. O’Sullivan has been a CPA and a real estate broker for over fourteen years. He began buying, selling, and managing his own real estate at the early age of twenty. He is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, Pomona.(BS/MBA) and is the Broker/Owner of OSR/Winchester. He oversees all Real Estate activity within the company and guides his real estate professionals to obtaining excellence. Sean has been a part time instructor at Palomar & MiraCosta Community Colleges for many years teaching Property Management, Real Estate Practice, Principles, Finance,  & Accounting classes. Aaron Ross – Chief Operating Officer/Asset Manager/Realtor

Anthony DiSciullo came to Oceanside in 1980 and grew up with the city as it developed into the community it is today. Still an Oceanside resident he is available 24 hours a day to respond to his clients needs. Anthony has been a property manager since 1998 and has extensive experience in every aspect of property management including evictions and tenant placement.  He is licensed to perform real estate sales, loans, leasing and management by the state of California as well as a Notary. Keanna La -Controller

Mrs. La has over 4 years Real Estate Sales and Home Owner Association Management experience. She runs the accounting and financial functions of the Company. Keanna holds a BS in Business Administration and Real Estate Land Use from CSU Sacramento and Professional Accounting Certificates from both UCSD and Palomar College. She is also a licensed real estate agent. Keanna always maintains a tight control over cash and all property expenditures at all times. Nabor Ochoa – Maintenance Supervisor

Nabor is a California licensed General Contractor who is fluent in Spanish. He manages the the Company’s maintenance and repair operations to ensure our sub contractor’s work is of high quality, timely, and at a competitive price. He learned these various construction trades by working for his Father’s Construction Company for over 14 years. He knows Construction from the ground up.

Laurie Cyr -  Realtor/Commercial Division – “Specializing in all your Real Estate Needs!”

Laurie Cyr is a licensed Real Estate professional who was born and raised here in Southern California.
